Signpoint's rules of engagement.

Signpoint provides online and project-based signage, print, custom graphics, industrial products and portable sign rental services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or product offerings at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us—including contact details, billing information, and delivery addresses—is accurate and up to date.

• Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order.
  
• Payments: Payment must be completed at the time of order placement or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, payments are processed securely through third-party providers, and we do not store full credit card details.
  
• Fulfillment: Delivery and production timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  

• Care and Liability: The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period. The renter is liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the portable signs beyond normal wear and tear.
  
• Placement: The renter is responsible for ensuring that the placement of rented signs complies with all local bylaws, zoning regulations, and property management rules. Signpoint is not liable for any fines or penalties incurred due to improper placement.
  
• Retrieval: Signs must be available for retrieval by our team at the end of the agreed rental term.
  

• User Submissions: By submitting logos, artwork, or designs for industrial signage, you warrant that you have the legal right and necessary licenses to use those materials. You agree to indemnify Signpoint against any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from the files you provide.
  
• Site Content: All content on www.signpoint.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Signpoint and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

Signpoint reserves the right to photograph, record, display, publish, and otherwise feature completed work, work in progress, installations, custom products, designs, signage, decals, vehicle graphics, printed materials, and other projects produced by Signpoint for portfolio, social media, website, advertising, promotional, educational, and other marketing purposes.

This applies to both standard and custom work unless confidentiality has been specifically agreed to in writing before production begins. Where reasonably possible, Signpoint will avoid publishing confidential, private, or sensitive information not necessary to showcase the work. Customers who require their project to remain private must notify Signpoint in writing before approving the order or project.

By placing an order with Signpoint, the customer acknowledges and agrees that completed work may be used by Signpoint for these purposes without additional approval or compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signpoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site, products, or rental services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
