What is the typical turnaround time for an order?

Standard production time for most industrial signage is 1 to 2 business days from the time of artwork approval. Large volume orders or highly custom fabrications may require additional lead time. We will provide a firm completion date when your order is quoted.

What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?

To ensure the highest quality print on our large-format equipment, please provide vector-based files (.EPS, .AI, or .PDF). All text must be outlined, and any embedded raster images should be a minimum of 300 DPI at actual print size.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship stickers, print products, industrial signage & more nationwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of your order.

Portable Sign Rentals

What areas do you service for portable sign rentals?

We currently deliver, install, and manage portable sign rentals throughout Lloydminster, Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Vermillion, Wainwright, Provost, and the surrounding regions.

How do your rental terms work?

We offer flexible rental periods starting from monthly renewals. The rental fee does not include the initial production fee which contains printed graphics, initial delivery, and setup. All subscriptions billed monthly will auto-renew at the agreed upon rate until cancelled, after the initial sign up period.

Can you illuminate portable signs at night?

Yes. We provide an off-grid, solar-powered illumination system for our portable signs called Night Light, available for just $100/mo. This ensures your messaging remains highly visible at night without requiring a direct power hookup or generator.

Can I change the graphics on my rental sign mid-contract?

Yes. If you need to update your messaging or run a new campaign, we can print and install replacement graphics for an active rental sign. You will be billed for the cost of the new print fee.
