Shipping Policy

Order Processing Standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Custom runs—including GHS labels, regulatory and specialized signage—may require additional production time based on volume and design specifications. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes & Coverage We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (available for select locations).
  • Local Pickup/Delivery: Same or next business day turnaround may be available for local clients.
  • International: Please contact us directly before placing an order outside of Canada to arrange logistics.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Any active free shipping promotions will be applied at checkout.

Liability & Issues Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Signpoint is not liable for delays caused by the shipping company, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. We do not cover lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered." If a shipment issue arises, contact us and we will assist in resolving it with the carrier.

Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the custom nature of our industrial signage, decals, and printed materials, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once an order is placed and production begins, the materials and labor are allocated specifically to your project.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once a job hits the printer or materials are cut, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Portable Sign Rentals For rental agreements, all fees are strictly non-refundable once the sign has been delivered and deployed to your location, regardless of early retrieval requests.

Defects and Errors We stand behind the quality of our work. The only exception to our no-refund policy is if an error was made on our end (e.g., the final product does not match the approved proof) or if the product arrives with a manufacturer defect.

  • You must notify us at admin@signpoint.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order to report an issue.
  • Please include clear photos of the defect or error.
  • If we verify the mistake is ours, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a store credit at our discretion.
